Both the games and movies are delivered directly to your adderss by mail with a return postage paid envelope so that you can mail the movie rentals back to us easily.

How are my DVD rentals by mail shipped?
All of the movie rentals are delivered directly to your mailing address by mail with a return postage-paid envelope from our distribution centers. The average shipping time is 3-5 business days. Some DVD rental titles are specially ordered for members, which may cause a delay in the member receiving the title.

How long is the free DVD rental trial?
Our free DVD rental trial lasts for two weeks. After the free trial period that you will be billed our monthly subscription fee of $17.25 per month unless you cancel before your free DVD rental trial is over.

How many DVD movies can I rent during the free trial?
That all depends on how many movie rentals you can watch and return over a two-week period. Our maximum allowance at one time depends on the DVD rental subscription plan that you have.
