How much does renting DVDs online cost?
At $17.25 a month, our subscribers can rent a combination of both DVDs and/or
games for Playstation2, XBOX, Game Cube and Nintendo. There are no due dates
or late fees. We also have other plans based on how many games/DVDs you would
like at one time.

At $17.25 a month, our subscribers can rent a combination of both DVDs and/or
games for Playstation2, XBOX, Game Cube and Nintendo. You can rent up to any
combination of three at one time. There are no due dates or late fees. Both
the games and movies are delivered directly to the subscriber’s address
by mail with a return postage paid envelope from both east and west coast
distribution centers.
How does the shipping process work for DVDs?
Both the games and movies are delivered directly to the subscriber’s
address by mail with a return postage-paid envelope from our distribution
centers. The normal shipping time is 3 to 5 business days. Some titles are
specially ordered for members if we do not have them in stock. This may cause
a delay in the member receiving the title.
How long is the free trial for renting DVDs online?
Our free trial lasts two weeks. After that you will be billed our monthly
subscription fee of $17.25 per month unless you cancel before your free trial
is over. The only expection is our annual plan that has no free trial.
How many DVDs/Games can I rent during the free trial?
That all depends on how many you can watch/play and return over a two-week
period. Our maximum allowance at one time depends on the plan that you have.
Can I cancel my membership?
Absolutely. You can easily cancel your membership anytime, online, 24 hours
a day. There are no cancellation fees, however, your account will place in
suspension for 7 days to allow for you to return any titles which you might
have in your home or recently mailed back to us. If after 7 days your account
continues to have titles unreturned your credit card will be charged the discounted
member price for the title(s).
